CRISIS CENTRE:
The below benefits can be accessed through our state-of-the-art crisis management centre, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Crisis Centre also provides expert crisis assistance and emergency co-ordination for all services as well as public services.

CAR RENTAL SERVICES:
This solution provides you with a replacement vehicle, for up to 5 days, limited to 200km per day, in the event that your vehicle has had a mechanical or electrical fault and is going in for repairs. Applicable fuel and toll deposit will apply.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE:
Members are eligible for towing, transmission of urgent messages and assistance with regards to locksmiths, flat batteries, flat tyres, fuel, and hijacking. Benefits are subject to limits as per the Terms & Conditions in the policy wording.

POTHOLE EXPERT:
This service provides you with access to specialist support in claiming funds from road agencies for irreparable tyre, mag and rim damage as a result of potholes on South African roads. If during the course of the policy, your vehicle exceeds the qualification criteria as stated at point of sale (i.e. Elite being vehicles under 9 years or 250 000 km’s whichever comes first) you will automatically default to the lesser benefit.

FUNERAL AND PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER:
This Personal Accident Policy, underwritten by Workers Life Assurance Company Limited (FSP 392) provides you with invaluable cover if you die or if you are disabled as the result of an accident.

The main member of the APEX MOTOR WARRANTY Policy is covered for:
• A R5,000.00 Funeral Benefit
• A R15,000.00 Personal Accident benefit for your accidental death and/or permanent disability. The personal accident benefit is a once-off amount as detailed in the Compensation section. If, during the period of insurance, you sustain bodily injury which directly results in death or permanent disability, we agree to pay to
you, or your estate, the Personal Accident Benefit compensation or if you die of non-accidental causes during the period of insurance, we agree to pay to your estate the Funeral Benefit compensation. Please refer to your policy wording for T’s & C’s.
