How to Submit a
Motor Warranty Claim

Need to make a claim? We’re committed to making your claims process as quick and easy as possible so that you can get back on the road again. Here’s how you can submit a motor warranty claim in 3 easy steps.

Step 1

Contact Insure Africa

Email or call Insure Africa within 7 days of the potential claim – claims@insureafrica.co.za or (011) 615 0170.

Step 2

Take your vehicle to an RMI-Approved Workshop

Once you have called or emailed Insure Africa, you need to take your vehicle to the nearest RMI (Retail Motor Industry Organisation) approved workshop.

Step 3

Await feedback from the RMI-approved workshop

After you have taken your vehicle to the nearest RMI-approved workshop, the repairing dealer will then establish the cause of your vehicle’s breakdown and/or mechanical or electrical failure.

What happens next?

Once the workshop has established the cause of breakdown and/or mechanical or electrical failure, the repairing dealer will then contact the claims department to confirm if the component is covered.

Once the claim has been approved, an authorisation number will be issued and repairs can begin.
