Claims Process

Email or call Insure Africa within 7 days of the potential claim – (011) 615 0170 or claims@insureafrica.co.za

Take vehicle to the nearest RMI-approved workshop

The RMI-approved workshop will establish the cause of breakdown and/or mechanical or electrical failure

The repairing dealer to contact the claims department to confirm if the component is covered
05
Once the claim has been approved, an authorization number will be issued
06
Repairs can now begin
** Any work on your vehicle carried out without prior authorisation can render your claim invalid

Send clear photographs via email of:
- The vehicle in its entirety (i.e. the whole vehicle in the photograph)
- The applicable damage to the vehicle
- The vehicle license disc and registration plate
03
Insure Africa will inform the client of the outcome of the claim.
